RETURNS POLICY

At Bhuvani Bazaar we do not accept refunds for change of mind, however we want you to find the perfect fit and style for your body so we are are happy to organise a store credit note for you to use towards an exchange. We do not accept returns on SALE items or SECONDS (seconds are any products sold at a lower price due to damage)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your item. All requests for returns after 7 days will not be accepted.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at Bhuvanibazaar@gmail.com. With email heading 'RETURNS'. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirming, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns

Damages and issues
Bhuvani Bazaar checks the quality of all items before shipping. Due to the nature of recycled fabrics some slight imperfections will likely be present. When the imperfection is more a discount is given accordingly. By purchasing the item you are agreeing and understand the nature of recycled fabric and textiles and agreeing to purchasing items that may have slight imperfections or marks from their past life. On occasion we do miss a larger imperfection, so if you receive an item that is not up to our standard please contact bhuvanibazaar@gmail.com and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

 

Lost, Damaged & Stolen Item?                                                                          Bhuvani Bazaar is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once they have been shipped.Packages that say they have been delivered that have not arrived fall under the Lost, Damaged and Stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry with them directly.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health and safety reason we do not accept returns on Earrings.

We do not accept returns on sale items, seconds or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have after contacting Bhuvani Bazaar directly, and once the return is accepted, you will be issued a credit note. 


Returns 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given a credit.
